紅豆寄相思

So happy I can get back to my blog, since the Trojan virus attack, was not able to get on to Blogger, the Chinese Internet is not a safe place! (a note to Vic - "vaccinate" the laptop before the next trip back to Nanjing, or bring the Mac).

I found a little stash of my dad's hidden calligraphy scrolls in the attic (it's actually a sun-room on the top of my parents' house). Dad has been on the road of self-discovery after his retirement. His new passion is calligraphy, right after his karaoke singing "career" :-)

My Little Pinyin

My little pinyin class graduation today, I will miss them for the summer. Our tiny routine worked well, they read and they sang. Frankie was our photographer for the day :-) see those feet and legs.

I am happy and relieved, now that the Chinese school is over, and I can start packing for my trip, just not sure if my half closet can fit into one suitcase.....
